How Chang processes personal data from the website, bookings, registrations and forms, and how the website uses cookies.

Necessary storage
Your browser's local storage remembers your analytics choice. It is needed for the settings to work and does not send any data to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and improve the website. This may include the pages you visit, the time of your visit, your approximate location, device and browser type and technical interaction data, such as a click on booking or on a phone number. We do not use Google Signals or ad personalisation.
Analytics cookies
The _ga and _ga_GYJE515BLZ cookies distinguish visitors and sessions and last up to about 13 months. Without your consent the Google tag does not load and no analytics cookies are created. We only use analytics with your voluntary consent; declining has no effect on using the website or booking. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area under Google's safeguards and terms.
Bookings and gift vouchers
Bookings and gift voucher purchases take place in the Bookio.com system, which has its own privacy policy. When you buy a voucher, you enter your details directly in Bookio.com. We use booking details to provide your massage and, during the anniversary offers, to match your booking with your registration.
Registration for extra minutes and the prize draw
When you register on the Extra minutes page or at sutaz.chang.sk, we process your name, e-mail, phone number and chosen salon. We use them to give you the extra minutes, enter you into the draw, match your booking in Bookio.com and tell you if you win. The legal basis is your participation in the offer under its rules. We keep the data during the offer and afterwards only as long as needed to complete the draw and answer questions.
News and offers
If you tick the consent box, we send you news and offers from Thai Massage Chang by e-mail and SMS. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the link in the e-mail or by messaging the salon. For this purpose we keep your details until you withdraw consent.
WhatsApp forms
The forms on the For companies and Christmas pass pages and orders for a voucher for an amount only prepare a WhatsApp message. We receive your details only once you send the message, and WhatsApp (Meta) transfers them under its own terms. We use them only to handle your enquiry.
Who works with the data
- the marketing agency HonestLead, which runs registrations and messaging for us,
- Brevo, which sends our e-mails,
- Vercel, which hosts the website,
- Google, only for analytics with your consent,
- Bookio.com for bookings and voucher sales.
Protection against misuse
When you send a registration or sign in to the website administration, we keep your IP address for 2 days to prevent bulk submissions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent to analytics in Cookie settings in the website footer, and consent to news with the link in the e-mail or by messaging the salon. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
